Tell Doug Ford and Energy Minister Todd Smith – Hands off the OEB, Ontarians want affordable, green heating.

Ford is siding with Enbridge Gas in an attempt to entrench the use of fossil (so-called natural) gas in Ontario for years to come – and he must be stopped.

In December 2023, the Ontario Energy Board (OEB), an independent regulatory body, in a progressive move consistent with the low carbon energy transition that is underway, ordered Enbridge Gas to show the true cost of gas infrastructure up-front, thereby “incentivizing developers to choose the most cost-effective, energy-efficient choice.”
