In August 2021, 4RG member Glen Caradus will be biking 350km in ONE DAY to bring awareness to the issue of climate change and to  raise funds for GreenUP’s Schools for Climate Action Education programming.

Caradus’ long-distance trek will kick off at 5 a.m. on Aug. 7 outside Runner’s Life on Charlotte Street. He’s inviting local cyclists to join him in Lakefield at the IGA parking lot during the final leg of his return trip back to Peterborough. Caradus is hoping to cross the finish line — back at Runner’s Life — by 7 p.m.

Why is Glen biking 350km in one day? Because the science of climate change says that we need to reduce carbon emissions so that there is less than 350ppm carbon in our atmosphere.

Stand up for what we stand on – a home that’s green & blue!

Please donate to help Glen achieve his fundraising goals!
