As of March 1, 2024, Canada’s public Fast Charger network had risen to 4,935 ports in 1,791 locations. The current totals translate into a  26.6 per cent increase in Level 1 DC fast chargers in 12 months. When you include Level 2 chargers that’s a 32.7 per cent increase, on the heels of a 30 per cent increase the previous year. Or, if you prefer, 558 new chargers each month, more than 18 every day.

Tesla Supercharger stations account for 2,056 of the chargers (about 42%) while the rest are spread among the various charging networks across the country.
