The UK has already lowered their emissions in half compared with 1990. Meanwhile, Canada’s emissions have increased by 16% as we missed every one of our targets.  They just announced their 2035 climate target as a staggering 81% below their 1990 emissions. Even if Canada meets our Paris targets we will only be at 22% below our 1990 emissions. What will our legacy be? We should be ashamed.
